Description
DWZ series conical screw
extruders with different structures are mainly used for PVC/WPC profile and PVC
pipe with even plasticity, stable quality and high capacity. Twin Conical screw extruder has two
options on common meter control and computer control system(Siemens PLC) and
two options on DC and AC driven motor system.
Main characteristics:

Adopt most reasonable screw barrel structure to
achieve best plasticity state and material quality

Advanced electric control system with multiple
alarm system, any problems can be easily eliminated.

Special designed distribution box, enlarged
pull force bearing, it can bear large extrusion pression.

Perfect and accurate temperature control system can ensure stable output
and temperature control tolerance can be ±1℃.
